The WBA will likely have two ranked fighters fight for the vacant WBA "world" title.
They'd allow David Haye to participate in it for sure, they have him at #1 now.

To borrow a comment from Larry Merchant, to say Andrew Wawryzk has a glass chin is an insult to glass. He was knocked down by a 1-11 fighter who has a 0% KO ratio, Aliaksandr Mazaleu and knocked down and nearly stopped by a cruiserweight with a 20% KO ratio, Harvey Jolly.
Why do these two top heavyweight contenders want to fight a guy like Andrew Wawryzk? Why don't they want to fight someone good like Kubrat Pulev?

Yes, but perhaps they are just doing it for public relations reasons.
I remember in 2008 Haye had negotiations with Tony Thompson, Eddie Chambers and Kevin Johnson (who was undefeated at the time) before signing Monte Barrett.
Haye vs. Pulev is an excellent heavyweight matchup. But Haye vs. Wawrzyk would be like a replay of Haye vs. Alexander "Glass Chin" Gurov: a first-round KO.

charr v vitali is not a good way to judge charr he was stopped on a cut.... although he did get knocked down fairly in the 2nd round... but he didnt seem to be in an immediate danger of getting stopped untill then

I dont know... vitali didnt do that great v charr, he did knock him down in the 2nd and was ahead on the scorecards before the cut stoppage, i think it would have gone on a lot longer if it wasnt for that.... if haye knocked him out properly then that would be a good win...
