This fight was a showcase of how good Calvin Brock may be and how good Wladimer is.
I don't think Evander would beat him. He wouldn't run the entire fight letting Evander set the tone on him.

Here's how I look at Brock...when pressed he reacts...but not dominately.
He can retaliate...but he's just not effective enough. He's not faced anyone of a high caliber...so he's shown out when he get's his stoppages.
Even tonight...even against a weaker performance he wasn' tthat effective. He did good body work...but that was it.
He did better than I expected...but it wasnt on account of his performance...but the lack of Wlad's.

Surely.
Put Brock in with Holy, Valuev, or even Maskaev.
Any vets would dismantle him...especially now that he's suffered that kind of defeat.
I don't rate any of the above names...but I think that they would all handle Brock...& I like Brock...I really do...but he doesn't have the goods.
I really thought that he did...& I try to be optimisitic...but come on ya'll...let's be real...the guy's a gotdam tap dancer. ;D
