Re: Pacquiao vs. Mosley - Fight Night talk!
Against Mayweather, Mosley landed 92 of 452 and against Pacquiao he landed 66 of 330. Quite comparable actually. Horrible showing in both cases. Against Mosley, Mayweather landed 208 of 477 and Pacquiao landed 244 of 727.

Shane didn't let his hands go against Floyd but he ran in fear from Pacquiao (and as a result he didn't throw either). That was the difference in Shane's performance in the two fights.

See I think he COULDN'T let them go. Frozen hands, the mark of a shot fighter.
Of course my guess is worth exactly what you paid for it.
Re: Pacquiao vs. Mosley - Fight Night talk!
Are you guys being serious the man fucking 40 and has not won a fight in fucking 2 years. I mean they made this fight with a shot Mosley and Pac could not put him away. Pac to me seems to be slowing and i think Mayweather might come out of retirement after that shit showing.
Re: Pacquiao vs. Mosley - Fight Night talk!
I was just watching Mosley against Collazo this afternoon and the difference in the Mosley of today and even then is night and day. Mosley still has his legs, but clearly can't pull that trigger anymore. 5 combinations in a 12 rounder from a guy like Mosley is just a shocker. Against Collazo he still looked fast and the combinations were crisp. He still has his boxing brain, but the body just doesn't respond anymore. Mayweather fought a badly faded Mosley, Pac fought a shot one.
Re: Pacquiao vs. Mosley - Fight Night talk!
The difference is, Shane was afraid of going down. It's not because he could no longer pull the trigger.
There were moments when Shane would engage Pac and he had no problem pulling the trigger.
The difference my man, is that he was frightened with the thought of going down just as what he had experienced in the 3rd round. Observe his right hand after the 3rd round. He was using it to cover his face all throughout the fight.
Watch the fight again and you would understand what I mean.

And what was the reason then for Mosely's reduced punches thrown against Mayweather?
Was he afraid of going down?

Different reason for every situation.
Shane would be in the best position to answer your question.
Shane just said that Pac's the greatest so you better ask him how he felt about his fight with Gayweather.;D
