PBF could well do his 15'000 meter steeplechase impression and try that route but for certain hatoon would chop the ring off and hunt him down.
PBF may well win it's a pick-em IMO but don't discount the Hitman's ability and ultimately his pure Bulldog heart.
NO ONE can say otherwise.
You really do have to hospitalise the Hitman to stop him...He knows no reverse gear O0
PBF has stated he does'nt want Ricky at all too ???
Glad you got the message FINALLY.

this isnt a hatton- floyd fan thing they are both as bad as each other so defending floyd be dissing hatton just dosnt make sence and visa versa... they need to meet eachother and stop making matchups that even the hardcore of there fans aint happy with.
Simple huh ;)
Yeah!!
If only it were that simple....
Hey wait I got an idea...
I got about 5 grand in my bank here and what sums up to be about 2 grand in my account in Mexico by any chance do you have about 30 million. So we can pay both of them and get them to fight?
Just a thought. :-\
Re: Just Another One of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds: Mayweather vs Baldomir
Geeze, I can't believe how this one boxer can spark exchanges of so much trashes here and most probably all the boxing sites around the world. I'm almost tempted to grab him by the collar and stick my finger on his back and tell him to tell that he's gonna fight Margarito, just for the sake of world peace.

mind you floyd got 12 million for fighting baldy and baldy got just over a mill ((good for him 8) ))... so what motavition does floyd have to take an risks... when he can draw a payday like that for what was an easy win really :-\
Hatton is also in the same position.
stuff like this screws boxing IMO

You mean Pac and EM fight will spark another of these, a worst one at that? I'm a Pac-fan but I surely won't be engaging in these kinda garbage business, win or lose, though I can already smell 'em, but worst as these, hmmm, I really doubt it; I haven't yet seen anything as bad as this one.
Re: Just Another One of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds: Mayweather vs Baldomir
Can't wait till my hardcore article is up 8)
Examines this unequivicably (boxings ultimate worldwide appeal ,and the lack of super fight) F*ck me De'la hoya fought 12 times in 11 months on his way up in the pro ranks (13 odd years ago!!! Says it all really.
And yeah it's got boxing under the water at present, Just give the fans the superfights that are so obviously out there..F8ck politics just put em both in there! >:mad
Boxing will slide otherwise
Re: Just Another One of Wacko's Drunken Round by Rounds: Mayweather vs Baldomir
You know Floyd fans, if he refuses to be one of the all time greats, that's his choice. Believe me there's no way he'd be included in the roster of best boxers, all-time, if he chooses to remain so no matter what you or I wish, that's just a common sense. You can't compare him yet with guys like SRL, Hagler and Hearns, who fought during the golden era of the 'middle' weight boxing. Don't get me wrong, I personally think he can only if he chooses to. For that matter, I think he can even beat Margarito. But until then, he will just remain one of the great, not the greatest, fighters. It's his choice, not yours or mine. Gotta accept that. Ok, stop throwing those pet bottles, ouuuu, you're messing up my hair and ruining my make-up! ;D

Am i at the wrong place or what? We got two sucker a** admins hatin on floyd. Yea floyd talks a lot of shiet and yeah any boxers talk a lot of shiet. In fact, a lot of boxers talk of shiet--but the real fact is that if you can't appreciate a true talented fighter--you are in fact mesmerized by his shiet talking and it is obviously the case here at Saddo. Sorry a** admins can't appreciate a great fighter. Y'all fools are too biased to see through the real fiighter.
Are you Mayweather in disguise ? You seem so far up his a** i dont think you can see the light of day ;D
Unfortuantely i dont think Baldomir fought his best fight against Floyd. Believe me IF Floyd stays at welter and takes on all comers, which to be fair a self proclaimed P4P king should do, he will get beat. But i fear he will get out now and move up to 154. At this point he beats Spinks, and claims another title. He gets beat off Oscar, and if he dares get in the ring with Hatton, he loses that too. ;)
Lose to Hatton? You mean the guy who told Collazo to his face that he would give him a reamatch, than went back on his word, vacated his title and moved out of the division. Just so he can face a bum who's actually considered a champion in Urango? Mayweather loses to that clown? I think not. Hatton won't even get back in the ring against Collazo. He sure as hell won't get in the ring against Mayweather.
Hi VD,
Ok, what happened with Collazo is completely irrelevant in regards to Hatton and Mayweather facing off. Reason i say this is because Collazo was a legitimate welter ( like Baldomir ), but Mayweather, to be fair isnt. Did Floyd come into the ring at 145 or something?. Baldomir was in fact about a stone heavier come fight time. Thats a natural welter against a blown up lightweight. ;)
Hatton is a natural Light-welterweight, he stepped up because HBO wanted him too, he was training originally for a fight at 140. And ya got take ya hat off to him for going in with natural welter considering his style of fighting. As previously mentioned Floyds first fight was Sharmba and he's no welter. Then Baldomir a natural welter, now both of these are two boxers who i think would lose to Collazo ;)
Ricky took on the number1 boxer in his division in Kostya, added to this he was also ranked No3 P4P at the time by alot of people. And he made the guy retire on his stool, and thats something. Now when have we seen Floyd do this to anyone above the weight limit of lightweight, and that has also been considered as the No1 in there division, or a P4P ranked fighter ?
Ricky will continue to campaign at LWW, unless a fight comes off against Floyd that will earn him something equal to what Floyd is getting paid. And to be fair after last nights performance by Floyd, what with the boo'ing and people leaving the fight early, i think Hatton would be the bigger attraction ;)
peace 8)

Agreed mate, but as well as making the superfights, which will take a bloody bucketful of money, it has to be kept available to the average Joe Punter, otherwise the profile of boxing will drop, and it will become a specialist sport, where people have to go out of their way to actually see it. I spent most of my teenage years seeing absolutely no boxing, because I didn't have sky, and there was none on regular TV, and I bet there are millions like me. Much as I dislike FW's policy of mollycoddling his fighters, at least he's getting big names back on the box for everyone. Just like Alex Arthur on Saturday. Good s**t even if I do say so myself.

Do you people not realize the USA is a bigger country than Britain?? Jesus christ, there's no way in hell Hatton would be the bigger attraction. Why because Floyd didn't fight an exciting fight last night?? I suppose all the Americans who saw Hatton for the first time on HBO last time were just on the edge of their seats due to Hatton's entertaining performance. Or maybe they were, when he was nearly KTFO in the 12th round. But other then that it was fairly boring as well. The only difference is that Floyd was fighting the real champion who has beaten two good fighters this year, and won convincingly. As far as both Baldomir and PBF losing to Collazo, that's absolutely priceless.. Collazo is no world beater, he was a sparring partner for guys like Judah and Cotto before he got his shot against Hatton.. So say what you like the fact is Hatton is not only not a natural welter like Floyd, he isn't even effective at welterweight. The fact that he is now fighting Urango and talking about a potential dream fight with Castillo, a lightweight who Floyd beat years ago moving up, really should say it all.
