I didn't see anything that I thought was overly competitive?

I certainly hope your opinion is justified, 'cause I'm rooting for Verdejo. But Felix is coming off a long layoff, and didn't look so sharp in his last couple of outings before the accident. Lozada meanwhile, looks like a tough customer with a good chin and better than average power. Of course, if the fight was added... I'd pick Verdejo. ;)

I see someone is still clinging to what's left of the of Verdejo bandwagon. :vd: To bad it's stuck on neutral going no where. Still waiting on that step up fight. Cuz this ain't it. Christoper Diaz looks to be the better Puerto Rican youngster

Verdejo has lost some of his luster, I'll admit to that. I caught him live against Oliver Flores and he didn't impress at all. I still think he's got the raw material... I just hope he rededicates himself to reaching that next level. There's some tough competition at his weight. Yeah, I'm pretty high on Christopher "Pitufo" Diaz myself. In fact, right now I'd rate several local fighters ahead of Verdejo on the curve.

Diaz looks quality, Manny Rodriguez is the pick for me.
