I just hate that Chapelle went to Africa and changed his perspective on life. All that shit he was saying on Oprah about how he didn't know how hurtful he was being with comedy. You'd need a pretty big stick shoved up your ass to be hurt by the stuff he was coming out with, just so witty and original. Too bad, we'll never see him with the same racially driven humor again :(

agreed man chappelle is funny as, it all came from the main man Richard prior theres a Ali skit he did that was real good Prior is a legend, sorry to go off the thread, but had to be said. ;D

Agreed. Chappelle is indeed a genius...but it's gone to his head & now he's bailed on Comedy Central & $50 mill...which is a shame.

Tyrone Biggums (the Crackhead) & Clayton Bigsby (the black white supremacist) are my most favorite sketches on the show. I saw Chappelle live & I shat you not...he was just as funny on stage.

Another funny cat on their besides Charlie Murphy is Donnell Rawlings...he's the guy that plays Ashy Larry in the dice game & he's also the guy that does the "I'm rich bitch" line in the Reperations sketch.

Priceless...that fwocker is a hoot! Here's his mug shot in case you can't remember him. He was in Spider-Man 2 also for about one line.

Ah love ashy larry too. The reparations sketch is one of my faves, the white supremacist, the white family called n***a, the racial draft.

One of my favourite Chappelle comedy pieces ever was one of his first ever stand up shows on Def Comedy Jam. The one where he does the piece on moving into the West Village, I actually fell of my chair watching that stand up.

From what I understand...he had completed about half a season & they got that much of it...but he's fighting them tooth & nail to keep it from coming out.

He's funny as hell...no doubt...but he's got a lot more going on than he let's out I believe...& also...I hate to sound like a smear campaigner...but if Dave's never smoked crack...I'm a Chinese Astronaut...& I'm a cracker as Dave himself would say...also...to my knowledge...I've never been to the moon...unless you consider my early days as a pot head...
