He isn't a quitter, why do you think everyone is respecting him, he kept trying against Cotto even when he went through all those difficulties ;) He didn't go into a shell or resort to dirty tactics he tried to WIN and kept trying to win till the final bell. Unlike some other fighters who love to talk trash ;D

Don't know how you can say that after the effort he put forth. he actually attempted to back up the talk. Didn't you say he was weak and a puss and would crumble after the first hard body shot. he didn't crumble did he ;) in fact he tried harder, you got to at least give props to him for that.
But...and I'm not knocking Malignaggi, but he wasn't the pure boxer he was made out to be.
My point is he went out there to back up every single word he spoke never quit or gave up when things weren't going his way and despite what he went through still won a few rounds. He impressed and earned a few fans. Most talkers just panic when things don't go his way. And for it to be Paulie's 22nd fight he got a headbutt cut, a broken jaw, orbital bone and nose. And he never quit and responded well. Can you name me any other prospect that had to face that and responded well ;)
That is completely beside what I said. I said he wasn't the great pure boxer he was made out to be. I said nothing about his heart.

Jeff Lacy must without competition be the biggist bum and most hyped boxer of 2004-2006. I never saw such a poor boxer as him being hyped so much....he really has NO boxing skills at all.

Soliman gave him fits in sparring. He looked like shit being backed up and his defense looks decent at best. Now I know it's just sparring but that's all I have to base it on since your hero hasn't fought a world class fighter yet. Be gone Royal.

To be fair to him....for someone with SO many defeats he has only been knocked out or stopped a handful of times and lost the majority on UD's....god he must of faught a hell of a lot of rounds.
