There are very few times a heavyweight fight is only ok to watch, they are usually great or they put you to sleep...I wondered how no one won by KO, I was only watching and I couldn't make it out of the first round.

We've been speaking of commentators and the things they say, right? Well one of the most dead on remarks I have ever heard was when Larry Merchant described Lennox Lewis as 6 foot 7 inches of mediocrity. Hilarious.
Teddy Atlas is a punk...he is right on when he talks abotu safety but it's kind of odd coming from a guy who pulled a gun on a 13 year old boxer.
Kellerman is ok, he knows his history...I have no idea who the other guy is, Lewis is ok, a little too quiet at times.
The true boxing comentators were gone before Howard Cosell came in a brought his ignorance of the sport with him.
Teddy Atlas is unstable......but Kellerman is just to "giddy" for my taste. Lewis is fucking invisible......I would take big George or RJJ over Lewis anyday. I'll be real honest though and say that I still like the Merchant -Lampley combo minus Harold Ledderman.Quote:
