I can't believe that anyone hasn't mentioned Bill Bailey as a top notch comic. He just makes me cry with laughter when I watch the dvd, it's bizarre but amazingly funny.
Daragh O'Brien is a funny guy too.
I once met Rich Hall, who was mentioned earlier, on a flight from Minneapolis to London, at around 6am, and he still had the energy to crack a gag, so i'll always respect him for having a sense of humour after being awake for about 20 hours!
Oh yeah, and wacko after the 2nd round of any of his RBRs
