I know I shouldn't laugh and I dont condone violence towards women in any way shape or form! but between me and the rest of you how many of you would just love to uppercut Jodie Marsh so hard that is "lifts her off her feet" ;D ;D

He can't get done for murder at all,it'll be a manslaughter charge all day long 8)

Doesnt work that way Smash, there doesnt have to be intent to end life, if there did murder would be nigh on impossible to prove. If he intended to give him a slap he would have done, what he intended to do was cause maximum damage, he killed him.

Having said all that he has already been found guilty of murder ;D
