like I say if that person show signs of being an unreasonable nutter what makes people think they will change when married. The signs will be their but they won't acknowledged.

On the same grounds if these men are marrying woman based on their looks, as the women are marrying for money, her re-sale value will have dropped over time when she could have maintained a longer relationship elsewhere.

If I married a rich guy who started messing round sure I'd demand my share, If I messed up I'd be big enough to walk away knowing I'd done wrong. I'm stupidly honest that way. :)
