Just like tito vs winky, not many thought winky could win, I the same thing could happen again, no one thinks Quartey can win, but he has a style to rival winky's IMO. He's tricky, has a quick jab, and throws accurate leather, and plenty of it. 9 times out of 10 i'd say winky wins this one, but just when you rule someone out completly, they come up with the goods. Saying that, he's pretty old now, but there's 2 guys in every fight!

He gave Winky a hell of a run for his money, and Wright knows it. James Toney says he thinks Soliman shoulda won that fight, so there ya go. And Soliman ain't no Hall of Famer, not to take anything away from him. Anyhoo, Quartey should be a more difficult opponent for Wright than Ouma will be for Taylor.

i could be wrong, but i remember hearing/reading reports that winky had some wicked ass flu the night he fought soliman
i dont even wanna get out of bed or do anything when i got the flu, i cant imagine what it would be like to go 12 rounds with a pro fighter

I just call it like I see it. Mayorga's a fool. He brought those point deductions on himself. Still, I have no idea why he didn't get credit for scoring those knock downs. Spkins looked scared to death of Mayorga. There's a diffrence between boxing and running. Spinks boxed a little and ran a whole lot. Mayorga should of got the win.
