Hatton and Calzaghe need to get off their derrieres and stop trying to claim a legacy on one great opponent.
boss did you read any of what i wrote to you?
calzaghe is a bum...
hatton has faced people.. and is facing more no doubt about it..
and trinidad fought all those people because he is the man!! he also fought all sorts of other good fighters
in oba carr, pernell whittaker, vargas, david ried, oscar dlh... this was back when making fights were simple..
now alot of fighters are greedy and they want more money then they deserve
peace
yes a real bum 41-0 no one knows who he is going fight next so stop all the hating
he can try prove me wrong, but ya'll can't jus say stop the hating mann..
in 41 undefeated fights and 9 whole years :o as a champ! he has fought two decent people neither at their peak.. although i still believe the lacy win was awesome for him... but he has got so arrogant since that win...
and hes talking loads of crap about these titles dont mean anything to me..
i wont fight this guy.... i wont beat this record and that record out of ' repect '?!
he just needs to take the big fights right now, no excuses... lol it just miffs me off about the guy..
like my man malignaggi has got crap for loosing to cotto and yet joe is riding it easy while making excuses for not fighting anybody etc... the next fight will have to be kessler i dont think he can land winky or jt yet atall.... and why would they move to supermid for him anyway?
i dont see him quite the same as jt or winky, if anything he should move to middle for them! because admit it.. there has been more go on in the middleweight division in the last three years then there has in the supermiddle for the last 5 or 6!! just like cruiserwieght... the cruiserweight undesputed champ will never get the recognition that the undesputed lightheavyweight champ would get... because there is more good fighters and more action at light heavy!
peace

VD you ever been been over ere mate? Next time you are here visit various area's in East London and tell me it aint rough. Hence the reason, england have one of the toughest football(soccer) firms in the WORLD, and football violence was basically born here.

The fight that is most demanded for Calzaghe is Kessler. And Calzaghe is not interested. The fight that was most demanded for Hatton was Floyd Mayweather or Vivian Harris, but Hatton thought he would have gotten an easy win over Collazo.
I don't know if its a British thing, but why don't British fighters start stepping up to the plate. There was a time when Trinidad fought Vargas, Joppy and Hopkins in one stretch. There was a time when Hopkins fought Taylor twice then went on to fight Tarver. There was a time when Oscar fought Vargas, Sturm, Hopkins and Mayorga, all in one stretch.
British fighters need to put up or shut up. And if Calzaghe or Hatton don't fight anyone of credibility anytime soon, I will consider them fakes.
It's a pretty much known fact that British fighters aren't as tough as American fighters. Growing up in the streets of let's say London (do cops have guns?) like Nigel Benn claims is no where near as dangerous as growing up in the streets of Detroit. Like James Toney did.
Hahahaha... cops don't have guns because most people don't have guns... drop some one from an American ghetto in a british one without their guns and see what happens... ::**
Since when did having a gun make you tough? It compensates when you aren't...

Yeah I think so...Here is an example....I was covering a local card in the area for a little rinky dink promotion company...but hey they were local and you have to support your hometown right????
This company just signed Brandon Mitchem he is a nobody buy like I said it was a small compan and to them the fact he was a semi finalist and was cut before the final pick of fighters to go on the Contender show was their build up of him ::**
He fights a guy named Keith Sonley in his first fight...He had been retired for like 3 yrs....He narrowly beats the guy....Mitchem is the start now even though his record is like 23-5 or something like it....No complaints about the decision could have gone either way...
A few months later he fights again on a local card against Sonley who is like 4-13 or something close to it....Sonley drops the guy and pretty much gives him a boxing lesson in a 4 rdr......yet because Mitchem is the promotion companys guy with the build up he gets the win....Mitchem was not from the area Sonley was but he was not known due to the record he has ect......
See what I am saying it is just the promotion company and promoters the judges want to keep happy....Screw the promoter and you don't work!!!!!
