Who says they have anything to prove, it's what they believe they can still do. Just like any other fighter, it's what they've done all their lives and it's what they love to do. ....yes but this is a professional sport Chief....it doesn't matter if you're fighting for 2 dollars or 2 million dollars you can't spend it if you get hurt and there are guys out there that are more likely to get hurt than others.

As for "sad shape" I meant they don't get in good enough shape to fight 10-12 rounds much less 15

Its the referee's job to stop a fight when it looks like its getting out of hand and again Some people drop dead during amateur fights and some retire after long pro careers without any long term injuries you can't know how each fighter is gonna react to the longer fights.Quote:
