Titofan, mostly I like your posts, but on this one you have a little Kessler-syndrome, where fans just become so one-eyed about their fighter that they can't see the gaping flaws. Toney is too old, his stamina is waning, and his quick hands are slowing. The comprehensive destruction by Sam Peter at the weekend really struck a death knell on Toney IMO. There were some of the partisan fans who though Toney won their first encounter, but there's no way he came close in this one.

In reality I think that most fighters who possess true 12-round stamina and are there or thereabouts in class would give Toney a run for his money these days, and as for Valuev, I don't see Toney being able to overcome the reach advantage, or the power advantage on the inside of Valuev.
