He lost to a much bigger man in the Contender final. He beat 3 other fighters to get there, including K9 Bundrage.
He's a decent test for D-Hop with a couple of recognisable names on his record, which unless you count Norberto Bravo and Jesse Feliciano is more than Hopkins has.

Not sure who gave out the information that Taylor Mora was a close fight in the Olympics. Anyone that saw it could tell you that. Taylor whooped Mora 12-3 at the 2000 Olympic trials.
I'd hope that Taylor would kick the shit out of him...but I aint 100% sure that that's going to happen.
Mora has improved just as much as Taylor has...but Mora seems to have a bit more stamina controll going on.
Taylor's jab will control Mora just as much as it did in the games...but Mora's got a better grip on the mental aspect than Taylor, IWO.

Mora is a cocky punk who doesn't even belong in the top 10. I don't think HBO's golden boy Taylor has anything to worry bout.
