I disagree with most of your posting here. Floyd doesnt need punching power to beat Oscar, I highly doubt Floyd will come anywhere near to stopping Oscar. Floyd will use his superior movement, handspeed, skills and savvy to rack up rounds on the scorecards....

It is highly probable that Floyd wins this...

His left hook is his best weapon,Floys knows this and will nullify it

Oscar has never been able to control movement with his jab.

He's never been as effective coming forward/as the agressor

and even in his prime,he could not handle the defence of sweetpea,the speed of Mosley and Floyd is almost equal to those two in the respective categories.

Oh and Floyd has always fought guys bigger and stronger than him,and Oscar has never really roughed up an opponent has he? And that is certainly an aspect he will need to beat Floyd.

So HOW does Oscar win? imo,he doesn't. He's fighting a defensive genius in Floyd and he won't have what it takes to beat him. Oscar can talk all he wants about Floyd's mouth pumping him up but this is not Mayorga or Vargas,and once he gets in the ring and sees how elusive Floyd is,he'll realise.

However,I would love nothing more to see OSCAR KTFO fLOYD but I just don't see it happening. I'll certainly be rooting for Oscar though!

this fight will be the same as pernell (sweet pea) and dlh only 10 years later. dlh will be 10 years slower. and floyd will be 5 years faster than pernell was at the time. i see floyd making oscar miss all night. dlh is not going to get in to many clean shots. pretty boy is going to pepper dlh face into a bloody mess. nose ,mouth bleeds etc. he will not ko dlh . but humilate him all night. oscar will be just to slow. and i'm no big floyd fan. john

People are acting like all Oscar has is a left hook.....well his left hook and everyone focused on staying away from it above all else, leaves them open to the right cross.

The right cross sets up his Left hook as it did with Vargas.


If Floyd gets caught on the ropes, it's all she wrote!!! I expect PBF will run around like a little girl but I dont' think he can take a shot from ODH the way Shane Mosley did, and he'll have to if he's planing on landing anything....Oscar has good handspeed as well
