Ali was a complete fighter while Marciano certainly wasn't.
Ali dances to a convincing win.
In what way was Marciano not a complete fighter? And further more how was Ali more of a complete fighter, attributes aside of course.Quote:

I'd rather flip a coin on this one. I think Rocky is a smarter fighter than people give him credit. He knew how to feint and set up his punches. He wasn't just a slugger.
Ali
Rocky
Ali would dance around Marciano all night landing jabs and right crosses at will. Rocky was too short, Ali too tall and fast.
Rocky never faced a guy with the footwork and handspeed of Ali, while an after-prime Ali beat bigger and stronger fighters in Foreman and Frazier. Not taking anything away from the only undefeated champ, he had heart but he also never fought Ali.
If we're talking an 'in their prime' fight then call me crazy but I'd pick Ali.
Never forget when you are punching youre in distance to get it back.
Well in this scenario, Ali's reach was so superior that Marciano would be a great distance away while being jabbedQuote:

Frazier wasnt big.
I agree Frazier hammered Ali to the body and it didn't slow Ali down at all Ali was something else when taking pushiment he seem to soak it up somehow i don't quite know how as for Cooper well he was big hitter but he would be classed at Lightheavyweight now.Quote:

Well im not sure about that Marciano would be Lightheavyweight by today's standards and Frazier hit like a truck maybe your right but im not so sure.Quote:
