I think the one that surprised me most was Danny Williams overturning Scott Gammer for the British title. I couldn't see Williams being able to beat him after being 18 stone plus for a few years. I though Gammer would out-jab him and outwork him for the whole fight.

When I heard the weigh in results I had an ominously bad feeling about it. And I pretty much knew then, with Danny 3 stone lighter than his previous fight that he was going to be a tougher prospect. Gammer worked alright, but Danny finished impressively.

The numerous times I thought Angel Manfreddy's guts would carry him though a fight ::**
