CC 2882
100% agree
:coolclick: right back.
Watch Taylor's last fights...especially the Hopkins & Wright fights which Taylor "won" ::** & you'll see that he constantly backs away now with his hands down...he even did it against Ouma & looked ree-gotdam-diculous!
Calzaghe would capitalize on the lack of defense & counter that jab of Taylor's (which has gone from piston to pee-on) with an over abundance of speed & combinations.
I love to hear everyone say that Calzaghe's a slapper & a pitty pat puncher...it's quite laughable...especially after you look at his opponents faces after the last bell tolls.
I'm tellin ya...Taylor will get his ass handed to him by the Welshman.

Firstly - I don't slate PBF - secondly the thing with Calzaghe is this..........
Yes he has not fought a list of hall of famers. Reasons being a.) The division hasn't had any for 10 years and there isn't anybody that has been operating at Super Middle during his reighn he should've fought and hasn't! UNTIL NOW - where there are quite a few and yes I have pretty much lost patience with the guy
and b.) he lost 3 of his best years through injury and psycological probs form his spilt and court case with his wife
but..........
Regardless of the fact that this is true (and the fact that he does throw shots with the glove open sometimes ;))
doesn't mean he aint a fantastic fighter. Have you followed him like some of us for the last 16 or 17 years? Mate I am telling you the guy is the bollox - his career just hasn't been as good as it should!
If he fights Taylor or Kessler he needs to make absolutely sure his hands are 100% or he is fooked. But a 100% JC would beat them both
Re: TAYLOR WON'T FIGHT CALZAGHE IN WALES
Ive followed him through all his pro career the point i started to dislike him was when Collins and Reid were champs fighting on same bill think it was feb 97 and Calzaghe was in the studio to give his opinions on the fights but he used it to slag Reid and Collins off and go on about how easy he would beat them he was very disrespectful and unprofesional and i did'nt like him from then then their is the fact is opposition has been below par

Thats if his hands hold up :-\
He's gonna need more than that. J.T. can box and he can hit. I think it will be a real competitive fight. May not happen now though since Calzaghe probably wont want to fight outside Wales.

You don't like JC coz he slated other fighters, but 2 fights above you have criticized people for having a go at PBF ;D

Which cards? I thought Calzaghe was the Super Middleweight champion of the world and longest reigning champion in the World of boxing :-\
Anyway, If Calzaghe's hands aint 100% he would lose, if they are 100% he will take Taylor to pieces ;)
H sometimes its hard to tell what the hell Joe and his team are trying to do? But outside of Kessler, who the Hell really needs Calzaghe and his 20 defences? I mean Taylor has plenty of options he can go with
It's Joe who is getting long in the tooth at the tail end of his career, still looking to make a splash

He is definitely one of the m :-*ost talked about and debated fighters in the world right now - so somebody cares about him
Re: TAYLOR WON'T FIGHT CALZAGHE IN WALES
We all know by now that Tysonbruno is a pioneer of the Calzaghe hate campaign so why does he keep babbling on about him ???
WE ALREADY KNOW son ;)
If you think Taylor has a remote chance against Joe then really you need to f*ck off and go post somewhere else :)
Post something constructive...i dare you to.

I wasnt being rude about him, but the talk he gets is 95% negative about the groanings over level of comp, always seems to be controversy at the bargaining table(probably all Warrens fault).. Its time to brace for the chance of him being a Sven Ottke, minus a few BS desicions, but I dont think Joe will leave a diamond studded legacy, I think he has a shot of being remembered like a Sven Ottke.... Quickly Forgotten and always scrutinized..... Its a shame since Joe is terrificly gifted  ;)
