My grandfather died from skin cancer which he wouldn't have if we didn't have a massive hole in our ozone layer.
It started off as a small cancer on his ear, they thought they took it all out but it cam back, spread through his brain and he had terrible hulicinations on his death bed - constant nightmares - not a nice way to go!
co2 doesn't emit heat. A box of co2 is the same temperature as a box of oxygen. There's a different cause to global warming and its not man made. Ever think maybe that huge highly unstable ball of fire that makes life down here possible might be acting up?

OK here's a news flash for you (i know i'm simple so this probably won't make any sense), A gas cannot trap in heat. Saying that its holding in the heat energy from the sun implies that it must also be capable of blocking it from coming into the earths atmosphere in the first place. Heat/light can't go thru something and then when its reflected back up to it suddenly go "i know i just passed thru that but now i can't" Thats utter left wing unscientifically proven bullshit nonsense.Quote:

Nobody ever says CO2 emits heat. That's not how global warming works. Heat is held in the atmosphere longer since it radiates in but can not radiate out as easily because greenhouse gases prevent that.
It can pass through because it has higher energy on the way in. It naturally loses some energy in our atmosphere - too much to radiate through and out again. if gases can't hold heat how do you think a hot air balloon works? it doesn't hold it permanently but it does hold it for a while.
Theres also a giant fucking flame feeding into it constantly. But thats completely unrelated to the matter. Again i refer to the fact that our atmosphere only has .035% carbon diokide which when you figure that that amount is spread across the entire earth atmosphere its illogically to think that it can hold in any amount radiation from escaping. Ever see a co2 mirror? No and you never will because its utter bullshit. The ozone layer blocks radiation from both sides. The suns radiation is blocked as well as if we emitted some radiation up into space, the ozone layer would filter that too. Saying that weaker radiation can't go thru a gas is a load of crap. Look up the mid 1800's when a volcano erupted. It was the coldest year on record and guess what? man didn't have a fucking thing to do with it.
Things absorb heat regardless of their physical state. Again how do you think hot air balloons work! it's because you heat the air and hot air rises! Besides since you accept that solids can absorb heat from the sun there's your answer anyway - heat energy is lost from sunlight in our atmosphere in a million different ways. if it wasn't we wouldn't be here!
Also if your theory is correct Punisher and global warming is due to the sun radiating more than it did before then we'd have to be even more careful of what we do since it's going to make an inevitable situation harder for us!
When there's a drought in Australia we have water restrictions to help make what we have last until we get enough rain again - we don't all go getting swimming pools in our back yards just because we figure we're screwed anyway!
