Hopefully PBF will have to fight more aggressively for more of the fight - I think Hatton will bring that out of him. It will be a great fight, and PBF wins UD or late TKO is my expectation.

Wasn't this post about what weight they would fight at rather than who would win? I'll hazard a guess that there might just be at least one other post floating around about who will win the fight.
Regarding the weight issue though the 147 might suit Mayweather as some suggest Hatton slows a bit as he moves up. I know it's not much weight and i'm not sure if he actually does slow but i've heard it said is all. So i'll suggest 147 will be the weight.
I'm not sure who I think will win. At this stage i'd say Floyd, he's just so bloody good. But damn Hatton is tough and fast and could be very dominant.
Mayweather wins in a hell of a tough fight for him, underestimate Hatton at your own peril Floyd!
Thanks for your input guys keep voting ;)
Mayweather said he wants to fight him and I doubt Hatton will back down. I think Hatton is to small at Welterweight but I think he could fair well against Mayweather cause Mayweather does best against guys who give him space. I think PBF would probably win but Hatton is still hungry and I dont know if Floyd still is.
Do you have any idea of what your talking about? Corley stunned him at very most, considering Mayweather came right back and proceeded to kick his ass for the rest of the round. The Judah punch was a counter right hook while Mayweather was comming with a cross to the body, and anyone who boxes would know your extremely vulnerable when you throw a lead cross to the body he,Mayweather, touched his hand to the canvas to regain his balance, but he wasn't hurt. Corrales could barely stand? In the early rounds he seemed to stand fine. Corrales didn't land very much, but he did land a few blows which Mayweather shook off. Phillip N'Dou was another big puncher who couldn't hurt Mayweather.Quote:

Hatton struggled at 147 mayweather beat one of the best at 154
Mayweather easy.
mayweather
i'll think its ok fight but yeah mayweather
Mayweather is up in the voting 33 to 6. Enough said, Hatton could not beat him. Best one could hope for is a semi competitive fight, assuming there is a ref who doesn't tolerate Hattons wrestling.
I think Mayweather would point out in the build upto the fight that Hatton holds alot and i think he wouldnt get away with it this would create distance and Mayweather would take him to school and Mayweather can fight inside and outside anyway.
I know Mayweather can fight inside, lets just hope Hatton would oblige and actually throw punches with both hands not just hold and hit and maul. I guess if Hatton is allowed to clinch a lot Mayweather could always use his left forearm to create space, how could a ref only warn one of them?
Finally we might actually see Ricky Hatton STFU and stop talking about how he feels he is the best fighter in the world and stop talking shit about Mayweather b4 every fight. Mayweather will punish Hatton and he may not be able to K.O Hatton he will put him on his ass. Mayweather hits a lot harder than people thing and every fighter hes fought has said so. Mayweather is to quick and at welterweight Hatton is like a fish outta water. Oh its on and after this i hope people start giving Floyd his dues although i feel Hatton wont really add to his legacy as people will say all he ever did was beat a shot Castillo (no matter what people say, he only K.Oed Chico cause he was over the weight and he didnt make weight for the 3rd fight) and Kostya Tszyu, he fought him at the right time and he was only looking for his honey punch all night long, but ill give him credit for the win as he proved a lot of people wrong.
Mayweather will beat Hatton silly, he will block Hattons punches and use his speed to slip away from Hattons bare hugs, Hatton will continue to pressue with little effect and will tired around rd 8. You know what i wouldn't be surprised if Hatton came up with some bs not to fight Floyd anyways Mayweather UD but in brutal, economical fashion
It is very apparent that Ricky hatton cannot handle the welterweight division & will fail at that weight! PBF is far too much 4 him
no way hatton runs out of steam in this fight. he has wanted to fight floyd so badly and for so long he will be like a man possesed again as soon as the first bell rings. and i think hatton would win this fight, he would be all over floyd like a flannel and i dont think mayweather would be able to keep him off.
floyd doesnt do to well when he is put under good presure and not allowed to fight a boxing match which he loves to do. if a fighter could sustain a good heavy amount of pressure on him for 12 rounds (like i think hatton and maybe cotto could) then he would get beaten. oscar put good pressure on floyd, so did judah, castillo (first fight especially) and even baldomir, but none of thise could sustain a high pace the way hatton would.
i cant see floyd stopping hatton because ricky takes a hell of a punch. but mayweather could win a decision if he manages to stay away all night, but i cant see him being able to.
i dont think hatton woud have stamina issues in this fight and i almost got a semi on when i read that this fight might happen.
Exactly how I see itQuote:
