He has beaten every division's top fighter? Stop posting please. He beat the top 130 pounders and the top 135 pounders, he has beaten no top fighter of a particular division since then. He is top 40 IMO, but not top 20.

They are ranked based on their resumes obviously, as should be the top criteria for rating fighters. Duh!
