H he basicly always was a welter, Im told he always weigthed in with weigths in his pockets he was never more than 152. He would give a stone away to get fights. The fight ICB put up he was carrying the guy the first time they Boxed Charley had him over twice and he was a top 10 L/heavy.

Whitaker was better at light wieght but he still was a champion in the welter weight divison for for like 4 years which i think is pretty good he was best at welter though and i seen him fight so i can rate him better
