Oscar won't sue her. I guarantee you. That would require a closer examination of the pics which I'm betting are real. He'd much rather obfuscate the situation and win in the court of public opinion. He should have completely ignored the pics and let the whole thing die on its own. Just like John Travolta did with that picture of him kissing a dude.
