Well, now that he brought it up, who were the two highest ranked P4P fighters at the time they fought?
This question is pretty damn tough to answer but some fights come to mind.
Leonard - Duran
Leonard - Hearns
DLH - Whitaker
Whitaker - JCC
DLH - Trinidad
Hopkins - Wright
Jones Jr - Toney
I'm relatively new to boxing so I don't know much about any of the older guys.

pac-jmm? they were both top 10 when they first fought. so was pac-em 1 and 2, em drop off the top ten after the second.
