Floyd by lopsided decision. 118-110.

Ricky for first 5 rounds gives Floyd no space and catches Floyd to the body a lot while constantly taking some shots on the way in. Rick gets a cut from Floyds elbow and starts to back off to protect the cut as Floyd tries to worsen it. Floyd outpoints to win rounds 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. Ricky comes out for rounds 11 and 12 going all out to win.
