Yeah man I go back to work today after 5 days...( wish it was 10).....Going to be a mad house....we been closed since last Thursday....every deatbeat Dad with a warrent out for his arrest or sitting in jail for failure to pay...and every Mother who did not get their support check at the exact hour, minute and second they wanted it will be in my office or on the phone expecting me to cover their back support or support owed to them...calling me names I did not know existed.....I hate Child Support >:mad

I'm doing telephone banking today, and we got so many calls from people moaning about charges on their account after they failed to manage it properly over Xmas. And now they expect us to give them a refund. Anyhow....all those refusals of refunds put my call time down and my stats are going to s**t. Everyone else's too, but still it sucks.
