girls like to hold hands and stuff. they dont want to be holding some massive mass of scars etc!
my knuckes are also huge, ive shattered them like 5 times now and theyve reformed bigger!

haha ive got a scar on my ass from fallign on an axe during a staged combat fight (i work as a stage combatant placed in medieval time periods) haha and chicks dont really dig it......

got to suck, i hate missing boxing.
thats why i got so messed up, i broke my hands and tried to carry on so soon, never gave it a chance to heal properly so it got worse till i had to stop for ages

if you wanna have abs of STEEL, then you might try the Bruce Lee's ab training that consists of:
Waist twists - four sets of 90 repetitions.
Sit-up twists - four sets of 20 repetitions.
Leg raises - four sets of 20 repetitions.
Leaning twists - four sets of 50 repetitions.
Frog kicks - four sets of 50 repetitions.

i can do that without too much problems. stuggled on the last set is all. i have dedicated a good propertion of my life to fitness however.
