Well because the majority of illegal immigrants are from Mexico AND it was the Mexican immigrants who marched and waved around the Mexican flag while trying to explain to Americans that they aren't illegal.
My main point was just to tease killersheep which he took kind of well...better once I explained it.
But other than that it's just hey if you're coming to America to make a better life for yourself and your family that's great....let's show some love for America.
And if Mexico is such a shit hole that everyone wants to leave and come here then why wave their flag around??? Why not wave the American flag around if you're happy and proud to be here???
That's all no harm in just pointing out a flaw in SOME people's reasoning not everyone and seemingly no one in this thread. Just the protest marchers......that was just fucking stupid, I am sorry, I won't concede that point

Do you just skip over the parts where I appreciate my countrymen who have immigrated from Mexico?
All I ask is that people who want to live in America appreciate it...what is so fucking offensive about that???? If you've immigrated from Mexico and want to be recognized as citizens in America then you wave the AMERICAN flag and not the Mexican flag.....it's like the old addage, you win more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. All I'm saying is if those protesters did that then fuck yeah everyone would be for amnesty! And WHY??? Because it shows they understand America and it's citizens.

i see your point but i guess the mexicans can't help themselves when they show of their flags. they are infact very proud people.
you know lyle, you would of hated being here in seattle. since may day we have atleast 3 marches a day. Talk about traffic, eh forget about it. :-\
Its one of the things i hate about seattle, people here protest about anything and I mean anything.
we had one over bikers lane. The bikers started a protest they need lanes for them, so the city gave them what they wanted. then guess what? truck, and car drivers protested, the biker lane is taking up too much space. So now the city is like....:confused::-\:mad:

I hate Greensboro, we have 5 Universities in this city alone...UNCG, Guilford College, NC A&T, Greensboro College, and Bennett College. Not to mention #1 We have a huge population of Quakers and #2 We were the first site for Sit-ins in the South.
We have enough hippies and commies and socialists to go around. I hate protestERS and I hate PROTESTS.
I don't care what they are for or against all I know is I have a job and I work for a living and I don't have time to march and scream out some horrible chant that no one gives a damn about.
We have enough protests here. Why protest in favor of Mexico...even the immigrants know Mexico the COUNTRY/GOVERNMENT is a shithole and I doubt anyone will disagree with that. The people are great and deserve better
