The couple of southpaw's i fought i just stepped around to their left and kept on the end of a short left hook counter after their jab, looking for the straight / overhand right down the middle.
To be fair they were both the same size as me near enough and I have a good mate who i spar with regular who switches from right to left, so that stood me in good stead.
