Cotto has become better boxer thats why his fights aren't quite as entertaining as his early fights. Because he can work behind his jab and be patient and he doesn't have to take as many risks as he used to. But even with his new and improved boxing style he is still top 5 one of the most exciting fights out there.

I voted for Cotto cuz he always seems to be willing to get hit while dishing it out.
FWIW i went with the choices given.
