Floyd talked a lot because he was the man without a doubt, pretty much untouchable in my eyes. David Haye talks a lot because he could be the man.Lets see chaps.

I don't know fighters who talk this much smack kind of annoy me, especially when moving up to a new weight class. I don't know haye may pull a corrie on wlad, I very much doubt it tho, wlads a changed fighter, not necessarily a better fighter but just a fighter whos better at winning if that makes any sense, and in boxing that's all that matters. I would love to see haye get sparked that's all I know for sure
No, he was not. He was ranked 11 by the WBC. Not rated at all by the other organisations (and why should he be? He has no good wins and lost to Audley Harrison). That's hardly being world ranked.
Also, I hate this 'he will fight a top 10' Heavyweight bullshit, as they are only setting themselves up for a backlash when they pull off either some complete unknown or someone completely shot.
So Haye is hard because he comes from where you come from? And how much does bank robbery and villainy have to do with boxing? Mormeck is not quality. He looks like a stud and fights like a dud after 6 rounds when he runs out of gas. And how exactly are you speaking for us "yanks". When I think of great British fighters, I don't think Frank Bruno; I think of someone like, I dunno, Lennox Lewis, maybe Joe Calzaghe? And your "not fucking around" endorsement doesn't do too much for anyone. You're in prison for crap's sake.
To think that Wladimir hasn't changed any since Sanders is just silly folks. Also Sander's is very underrated in my mind with power he did knock down Rahman I believe it was twice in the fourth until he gassed out and got stopped himself in eight.People say he had to seat down to 200 from 233 there is a difference did anyone see him sweat down, was he blown up,fat and out of shape. My guess would be next. I have a little beef with the guy he seems to be clown and talking way too much shit to all the heavyweight's when he hasn't fought anyone.
Well CHAP Haye jumped on Mormeck and KO'd him BUT you know mister Mormeck is a cruiserweight and there just may be a difference between fighting those guys and fighting a guy who is 6'6 240 with 51 wins and 45 KO's vs top heavyweight competition.
Call me crazy but David Haye is an untested entity at heavyweight and as "piss poor" as he says the division is I could find at least 5 guys who could give him a run or totally whip his ass
There are so many directions Haye needs to go in before thinking about Klitschko. How would he perform against the non-heavyweight heavyweights? Guys like Eddie Chambers, Calvin Brock, or James Toney. The hard-chinned but disappointing Dominick Guinn. Sultan Ibragimov, Shannon Briggs, Oliver McCall, John Ruiz. Because we haven't seen him in against anyone these thoughts flow through all our minds and he should be in against any number of these people before thinking about challenging the top guy. From what I've seen of him he has good speed and power, but I have no clue how that translates to heavyweight, how sustainable he is through 12 rounds and how he handles a heavyweight's power. Once Sam Peter decks him solidly in the chin is he still around? Can he outhustle Sergei Liakhovich? Can he withstand the whirlwind that is Lamon Brewster? All these guys deserve a shot at Klitschko before Haye because they're around. This business with Haye is like going to Cedar Pointe and trying to take cuts to the biggest and best ride they have.
Big enuf, strong enuf and fast enuf
We can't know for sure. What I do know is that Wlad doesn't like pressure and he's chinny. I also know that Wlad has gotten much better at compensating for these weaknesses. Wlad can handle a guy who pressures but lacks power and he can handle a guy who has power but doesn't pressure. I'm not so sure how he will do against a guy who brings pressure, speed, and power.
I'm not sold on Haye and I'm not sure he will bring all those things as a HW, but I think he could be stylistic problem for Wlad.
Let's get this straight again.Haye brings pressure, speed, power to the CRUISERWEIGHT DIVISION. In the heavies who knows I don;t think he would stand a chance to tell ya the truth against anyone Killface had mentioned. Whoever posted how much of a real deal Haye is because of where he's from like the lowest of low people and prison heads and all that. Let me tell ya something there was a guy who Roy Jones Jr. from Trenton named Bryant Brennan and the people from Trenton actually thought that this fella standed a chance against the great Roy Jones because he was from the hood, just released from prison and was the champ in prison. To tell ya the truth it was probably the most ruthless I've ever seen Jones and he did what you would do to a tough prison fighter beat him down with pinpoint accuracy.I think if thios fight would be made between Klitschko and Haye it wouldn't be any different then this fight was.All it would take is 1 blinding right hand from Klitschko and I believe Haye will be in deep shit.
Haye may or may not carry those thing to HW. IF, IF, he does, he'll present problems to Wlad. We'll find out eventually. Who would have thought Lamon Brewster would knock Wlad silly?
Wlad didn't get "knocked silly" he punched himself out....did you even see the 4th round??? Wlad threw everything at Lamon and Lamon barely made it out of the round, he showed a hell of a chin and Wlad didn't show good control as he just went for the kill not knowing Brewster wasn't as hurt as he thought.
Did we know Carl Thompson was going to rock Haye??? And do we know how that will play in the heavyweight division. Haye's chin may indeed be better BUT it might not. And the reason for asking questions of Haye at heavyweight is because he hasn't fucking fought there yet! So we can basically question his whole game because it is a different ballgame at heavyweight, Haye won't be the bully, Haye won't be the biggest guy in the ring, Haye won't be the strongest guy in the ring....and those are things he's gotten used to at cruiserweight
