It's funny too that this fight is the same price as all the other PPVs.
Hatton-Floyd = £15
Khan-no-name = £15
How does that work?

I think Frank Warren has made a bad call in promoting this fight as PPV on Sky, I don't feel Khan has enough of a fan base to warrant this at present. Or maybe Frank's trying to cash in whilst he can, until such time Amir is matched against a World Class opponent who will explote his limitations on the world stage. No won't be buying that fight.
I think you may be right ready to rumble. Maybe Khan has been kocked out in sparring as well as the fight knockdowns, maybe Warren is aware Khan has a serious punch resistance problem. ( Watson in amateurs, powder puff Limond and blown up Gomez all dropped him legitamately )
I wont be paying. £16-00 for a non world title fight after already paying too much forSky sports monthly.
I wont be Buying it, then I might ghange my mind ;D
Found some footage of Khans opponent here and he looks wide open to what Khan will dish out!!
Does Khan really need this type of opponent at this stage?
See what you think.

I think someone mentioned it anoether thread, but it really does seem as they're trying to get as much money out of him as possible as not even they believe he can really make, and judging by the opposition they're certainly not preparing him for the best. And it's a HELL NO by the wayabout this ppv. I'll be encouraging the local pubs not to dish out as well.
Thats a good point there mate.
Why not have sort of ppv brackets like the top fights £15, lesser fights £10, £7 or whatever. Mind you they would probably use that as another way of exploiting us by putting any half decent domestic fight on ppv but justifying it by making it a cheap ppv.
I thought Prescott would look far worse to be honest. But Khan will make him look like a tortoise.
As the guy (boxingwriter) from that link said - the win percentage of these imported fighters is ridiculousy low (understandably).. and Khan being a 1/20 shot is BEST odds. The bookies expect around 4 rounds max. Great PPV.
