I'm not arguing as much as trying to understand why SOB views things like medical irelevent. In his past post he said he'd never recieved an MRI nor wants one... I'm glad he's never needed one... I've recieved multiple.(One playing football others fighting)
Measures are in place to protect a fighter and the lack of said measures could cause irrepairable damage.
Sometimes people juust aren't ment to do certain things. Some people just don't have the means... That's not a bad thing sometimes.
You could say the same thing about motorcross... I got this bike but can't aford this helmet... Booo Hooo... I'm gonna find a state that'll let me race bare headed. Well, OK... Good luck to you!

Yes, but where are the numbers showing the fighters the MRIs showed unfit to box. It happens all the time. Fighters are deemed unfit to fight showing signs of drastically slowed reflexes due to blows to the head.

I have to admit,Im not used to this level of Boxing,apparently my fighters have been living the high life.Because Im used to 400 to a grand, a full physical, liscence and air fare, and thats for a debuting fighter

Arkansas DOES have a weak commision and IMO someone should go in there and overhaul it... People box as a hobby all the time... Hell, I do. I had 70 amatuer fights but never went pro... Played College football instead on a scholarship(put myself through college cuz I'm one of those middle class guys;))
If you wanna box, box as a hobby... Do it in a gym... do it with trainers... It doesn't cost a month's salary to box in a gym.
I'm not running on to fenway parks infield screaming, "why won't you guys let me play? It's in the Delaration of independence!"
You start out and play on farm teams first to see where you fair... Or a boxing gym... not jumping into a pro ring with ZERO amatuer fights and no backing... that's asking to get hurt.
So in closing I'll say this,
It's called PROFESSIONAL boxing because its professional. You don't walk into a machine shop, touch a machine and become a master toolmaker...
