Re: Top 100 All-Time Greats: Post your list here...
This is my personal list of top 100 All Time Great Boxers.
personally i use this criteria:
80% accomplishment and historical significance -
thisinvloves fights with the fellow all-time greats, titles
held, punching power and boxing skills displayed, dominance and
longetivity.
20% timeliness and contribution to the growth of the sport-
this also includes mainstream popularity.
Tyson is great but his legacy suffers because it can not
stand the test of time. Monzon's longetivity is matched
by hopkins thus monzon's rankings would go
down. henry armstrong legacy of jumping in weight in a year
is unmatched of more than 50 years...thats so long and he
deserves to be in the top 2 ATG.

Good effort but i think a few of the newer fighters are getting a bit shafted. Ricardo Lopez should be higher and so should Floyd Mayweather, there just a few that stand out. I'll have a proper look later when i get sometime, but its good effort anyway its very hard to make a top 100 list let alone trying to put them in order.

Can someone just ban him?
Re: Top 100 All-Time Greats: Post your list here...
there is no drama in calzaghe's fights...he could not KO jones and bhop...
if he would KO dawson, then i might move him ten places above. Joe Cal's 168 reign is just like chris john. but JOe Cal entered by rankings bec he is a p4p fighter and defeated legends in their home country.
pac is 32 right now, a loss to hatton would put him around 45th place. a KO by hatton would bump him out of top 50. a KO victory over hatton would put him #17.
if pac beats PBF, he would be more or less top 10, and PBF would fall to the 60-70 place

well he will be bumped after hatton takes him down.
thanks for the explanation

No, I don't think Joe should be higher than Pac. Why do you have to mention Manny Pacquiao in every thread? Tons of fighters to choose from on that list and low and behold here comes Moono the twat to pick out Pac and say he does not deserve to be there.............what a pissing surprise that is. Your posts are getting so tiresome, stop trying to play it off as "it's my opinion, everyone is entitled to an opinion" and grow up you silly twat.
Re: Top 100 All-Time Greats: Post your list here...
Again - Ihevent seen all the greats fight... My top 5 are RJJ, JCC, Joe Cal, Pac, Tyson - (not in any order)
