the refs don't "ignore" it. that's the dumbest shit i've ever heard. a lot of those pictures Kel showed were borderline cases anyway. like i said, it's up to the refs to catch it.
plus, boxing would be terribly frustrating to watch if every single illegal move was called by the ref.
the fight was a clinic, period. it's clear some of you will never give PBF any credit because you simply don't like the man. i'm not fond of his personality, but i love watching him in the ring.
They do ignore it. Like they ignore things from a lot of fighters. Elbows in faces, excessive holding, low blows, continually ducking intentionally low. I don't think referees enforce these things enough at all. And I am not talking specifically about Mayweather here. There needs to be consistency applied and rules applied so that at the end of the day the fans get a good fight. That is what matters at the end of the day. Rules need to be enforced to do that.Quote:
