The guy is NOT a bad fighter at all and he is still young. I think he beat plenty of good fighters, and later down the road you'll see him beat even greater fighters. As opposed to fighting cream puffs (JCC Jr) or tons of journeymen with an extended Amateur career (Gamboa) he took the mans route. He fought and fought and fought got up the ranks and locked horns with guys that are trying to make a legacy as well.
Too bad he had a tough time against Malanaggi, too bad about coming up short with JMM, but he'll be back! And I, for one, will be watching.
The guy fought pro on TV on his high school prom night, he's a real fighter definitely not a part timer. It's possible to juggle both, I'm sure he gets all the same breaks other athletes at the school get. Plus, school is fckin expensive you can't just let that go to waste, if he was registered and paid then his hands were probably tied. Good for Omar Henry, school WON'T always be there I can't stress that enough or everyone would be going to school when there's nothing else.
