Chad Dawson-Tavoris Cloud MUST happen
Berto-Cotto...I would respect Berto for taking on a guy who WILL hurt him
wlad vs haye would get wlad some respect it is about time he fought a dangerous opponent not some has been or a fighter with a disease

Really? Check the record, just go through the records of Wlad vs. the record of Haye at heavyweight. Make a comparison, no active heavyweights have faced more dangerous opponent than Wlad save Vitali.

Wlad has clear wins over, Barrett, Byrd (twice), Mercer, McCline, Brewster, Peter, Brock, Ibragimov, Thompson, Rahman, and Chagaev, his next opponent is Eddie Chambers
Haye has wins over, Glen Kelly (the same Kelly Jones KTFO with the hands behind the back punch), Mormeck (who was clearly passed it, barely beating a lazy and ring rusty Bell), Maccarinelli (never was any good), Barrett (was already KTFO by Wlad 8 yrs earlier, and he still managed to hurt Haye), and Valuev (who many feel should have got the nod in the bore fest), and he's scheduled to face John Ruiz :-X:-X:-X
yea nuff said
Re: Fights you want to see a fighter take that would at least make you respect them.
Haye doesn't need to fight Vlad or Vitali to gain my respect. To me, he already gained some of it by beating Valuev, and he'll gain more of it by beating Ruiz. I'm not saying they are awesome boxers, but they are legitimate heavyweights. Of course, I'd give him more credit for beating Eddie Chambers, Alexander Povetkin or Cris Arreola. Vlad and Vitali destroy whoever is put in front of them. They've already gained my respect.
As to the thread, Nonito Donaire needs to step up his game which means stepping up in weight to bantamweight. I don't even want to see him fight Darchinyan again. He should move up in weight and challenge Agbeko, Perez, Hasegawa.
Also, Chris John against somebody competitive. There are so many great fighters in or around his weight: Gamboa, Lopez, Caballero, Yordan, Poonsawat etc.

i have lost respect for haye in the manner he beat valuev & if he doesnt knock ruiz out in 30 seconds i will lose even more respect for him
Re: Fights you want to see a fighter take that would at least make you respect them.
I would have loved to see Joe Calzaghe fight a guy under 40 or a contender who hadent already been defeated by another champion.
Re: Fights you want to see a fighter take that would at least make you respect them.
anybody that will fight winky wright- pavlik, brewer, taylor etc

You clearly know nothing about Killersheep. He's among the most objective, knowledgeable, and level-headed people on here.

Re: Fights you want to see a fighter take that would at least make you respect them.
I think the use of the word "people" in my original post is grammatically incorrect somehow. This aggravates me.
Most knowledgeable persons? Posters? Maybe I should have said "is one of the" instead of "is among"? Maybe "among" and not "people" is the source of the problem.
Either way, Killersheep is the man.
