Adam I am just trying to get it straight, Solis KO'd Barrett in 2 rounds in a fight where he was supposed to fight Kevin Johnson and then Fres Oquendo...and I'm just trying to judge what this means in comparison to what beating Monte Barrett meant for David Haye and that is a title shot. So by the rational of David Haye and all his idiot fans Odlainer Solis deserves a title shot yesterday as the "dangerous"(Haye's words not mine) Monte Barrett was Solis' 3rd option and yet Solis was able to KO Barrett earlier and Solis did not get knocked down in the process.
In the end, I just want to know what this win means for Solis and I wanted to use David Haye as an example because his most recent fight was against the very same Monte Barrett
and in this thread I wonder why Haye suddenly rates Valuev so high when he had PLENTY of opportunity to fight Wladimir or Vitali
Nobody said that beating Barrett was a massive achievement (there you go again inventing...)

After all this hype and WWE press conferences I just hope the fight actually happens and no injuries come up a week before the fight.
I just got a feeling Haye will get stopped , his power against the top HW's hasnt been tested , his chin has not been tested , his stamina has not been tested , and if Valuev leans on him and smothers him , will Haye be able to cope.
I hope Haye wins because he is exciting , but as the fight draws nearer , i just dont see Haye winning , but i for one will be watching.;D
David haye out of the ring is getting terribly old. Funny would be cool if he'd stop boxing and be a comedian but other than that.....i guess he has to do stuff outside the ring cause he still hasn't done shit inside of it. All that talk of how good of shape he's in and all that crap while at least out of shape FIGHTERS are pushing him and his stupid shows out of the way to get in the ring. I see barrett just fell over again to solis so i guess he should start making puppett's and cutting the head off of people on his shirt too. At least after all of that he actually might fight.
