...well my progress has hit a brick wall for the moment. Currently I am working on just getting back in decent overall shape before I switch my focus back to boxing.
I worked out today. I did some curls, bench press, sit ups, and elliptical machine....I may hit up GNC to get some stuff to help me out.
Re: The transformation begins!!!
ok cool mate. Im doing the same but boxing aswell lol hoping to get ready for novice Aba's then go pro after around 10 more fights :)
Re: The transformation begins!!!
I had a pretty successful workout after a very shitty day at work (funny how that seems to help).
Today I did the elliptical, and then worked out triceps, shoulders, back, and abs.
Solid work out...and then some nice sushi for dinner
Re: The transformation begins!!!
I've had some good workouts and I'm noticing some progress little by little...I'm keeping at it!
I went to the boxing gym yesterday and beat the hell out of the heavybag round after round. I also have been taking my dog for long walks/jogs and that has helped out.
My eating is smaller portions and healthier foods....it's going really well
Re: The transformation begins!!!
Just to update everyone, I've been working out regularly I've lost about 15 pounds which has been halted by my gaining weight from lifting. Things are really going well, I'm really focusing on building up slowly, I haven't been trying to max out or any of that stuff but I have been having some bad luck with getting injured recently from work...but I'm pressing on and continuing my work outs, I think I've lost about 2 inches off my waist
