You've gotta love this. :)
Actually nothing to love about this...(Though I know you meant it in a sarcasim way)...This thing is a disgrace to boxing, crazyhess is what I call it, for what ever reasons who ever is right who ever is wrong I can care less all I know is this makes not only the fighters involved lookl bad but the whole damn sport!!!!
It is times like this I wish commissions would step in and say something, anything, be it force the test on Manny or jump in and state
Pacquiao will be allowed X amount of days before the bout with no random testing, Mayweather will pay X amount of the weight issue and if neither party agrees the commission should jump in and say the fiught is scrapped period, if you guys cant agree on something move on period!

You crazy? That's like a dog sitting up and saying to its master, "Hey, if you don't feed me that big juicy steak right now, don't bother feeding me at all."

Read the links in this thread http://www.saddoboxing.com/boxingfor...-pacquiao.html
Top Rank have been shown to have lied. With no word from the mediator, it appears that Mayweather hasn't.
Re: Mayweather breaks his silence...
If I was Floyd I would now say "Ok here you go Manny, you get tested 14 days out no problem. Me, I'll get blood tested one day out from the fight just to show you what your saying about weakness is rubbish and I'll beat you anyway and you know it".
See how they counter that publicly.

Name another sport that has this much publicized bullshit about something like this? Name another sport where there is a potential 60,000,000 on the line for two men and they cant even manage to make a fight happen?
Does it happen in the UFC? Does it happen in Football? NASCAR? No it doesnt...Every sport has its little controversy and every sport has those guys who are screw ups but it is handled appropriately...This is the only sport that has an ongoing spectacle...It is a freaking embaressment not only to thge other fighters in the sport who have not stooped to this level but also is taking away much deserved attention that could be paid to them....
NO FIGHTER/FIGHTERS....NO ONE FIGHT IS BIGGER THEN THE SPORT AS A WHOLE!!!!!!
Anyone who believes that Mayweather and Pacquiao define boxing and this fight MUST happen is delusional and needs to find a new sport to follow because they are not boxing fans they are fans of two men....
Would it be a nice fight to happen? Sure...and exciting fight? sure a big money grosser for all those involved of course but is it worth all this? NO!!!!

Well the commision need to upgrade, need to decide ASAP and to implement for the safety of boxers.
umm did this make any sense to you before typing it cause you're just rambling on about bull dude,
you basically acknowledged what i said is true, if you're not weight drained or shot or a bit of both, you wont get a fight with Pacquiao
Mayweather is neither and as of yesterday the fight is off, due to the fact that Manny Pacquiao refuses to take a simple series of blood tests
DLH was both, shot and weight drained
Hatton could very well be finished
and Cotto boiled down to 145 and well unless does something dramatic like put his uncle in his corner again he could very well be done as well
Pacquiao is a bitch who thinks that everything needs to go as he says, well sorry he holds no leverage over Mayweather (seeing how he's still the biggest PPV draw right now) and Floyd has agreed to all of Manny's terms, but well apparently Pacquiao is afraid to take on the best fighter in the world on even terms, or it could be like Nate Campbell said and Manny Pacquiao is afraid of taking on a black fighter lmao :-X
Ok...I can name it the 8oz gloves? at welters 147lbs? and Las Vegas? Who do you think has all the advantages? 8oz gloves like a 5 year veteran at welters how about at weight 147lbs.?who do you think has the experience advantage still as we see PAc at Cotto at 144? Still a big deal even Pac accept at 147? How about the Las Vegas his turf.?
As you can see Pac has youd said has the leverages that i dont see any advantage of it really, Physically, the reach and the experience at welters are all for FLOYD.
The funny thing of this I can SEE Floyd winning over the MIDGET Pac even on NSCA standard procedure. BOTH are found clean in their last 5-10 fights, so why Floyd whining? doubt? scared?
Like i said the commission has to update, i agree on youd what said for the random testing still if the commission has to implement it.why not...
If Pac still insist on the new implementation of the commission well I will the one to jump on your bandwagon....and Will say HE was disgrace in boxing community.
first off, the 8oz gloves were Pacquiao's demands, Floyd's only request was that each fighter use whatever brand they want, Grant for Mayweather, Reyes for Pacquiao
Cotto having the hometown advantage at LV? most of Cotto's big fights have been on the east coast, mainly MSG or Atlantic City
DLH boiled down to 146 lbs. and weighed less than Pacquiao on fight night :-\
and all of the following Pacquiao fights were in Vegas
Ledwaba
Marquez I
Morales I
Morales II
Morales III
Barrera II
Marquez II
D. Diaz
DLH
Hatton
Cotto
so it's not like he's a stranger in Vegas, there have only been two bad calls in that list and those were both Marquez fights, and they went in favor of Pacquiao :-X
Sorry mate a bit late this day...well thats I guess your right. Pac is not stranger in Las Vegas i know that.
My point is why FLoyd insist for random and the commission are ok.
If GBP/Floyd directly accusing Pacquiao of juicing it will turn out differently. but it turns out indirectly by demand a random test for a doubt?. I mean the commission has to obliged to implement the Floyd demands but the problem is Floyd and his team just demanded for a doubt?
Re: Mayweather breaks his silence...
14 days? who said that? Floyd?
If they offer 14 days during the mediation then we wont know about it because they are not allowed to divulge anything that was discussed there.
The only logical explanation is. 14 days was offered after the talk has collapsed or after the mediation.
Note: Please correct me or direct me to a link that would enlightened me. ;)

What do you mean by clear up nothing? about the accusations? or about random testing?

The thing here is that Mayweather is making such demands with no basis at all. If NSAC asked them to take a liter of blood every week then Pacman will abide -- that is very clear. But it is not the NSAC asking for it, its the Mayweathers who keeps on accusing him of steroid use.
All in all its a safe way out for Mayweather.
Not so safe way now anyway, because he will most like face Mosley, now that Berto withdrew from the fight.
I expect Floyd camp to ask for Olympic style drug testing for this fight, and lets see how that goes for GBP and Mosley.
