Sure he is, lucky he is not a US citizen or he would also be court and the truth would be revealed. So all he has to do is take a test and he will not. The amount of blood taken for a test is a trickle and would not weaken him. My wife is a nurse and filipina and she laughs at Pac's fear. My elementary kids are not even afraid of a needle.
