Re: what do you want to get rid from boxing first?
Incompetent everyone...refs,judges,commision officials...who have zero oversight and are held to little accountability for shit calls which have a lasting and immediate effect on a fighters career....
Boxings stuck in the stone ages mind set and willingness to 'settle'......for f!!! sake why do we NOT have wide implementation of instant replay ??
Logos and ring apron bumper pads which have caused numerous injuries and delayed the momentum of matches....the NFL uses some type of projected laser images for the field...the goal lines, yard lines, why not boxing?
Re: what do you want to get rid from boxing first?
The WBA to start with, then the IBF followed by the WBO and last but almost as bad as the others the WBC.;D

As Joe Frazier said, that is one of the biggest things hurting boxing.

Agreed
- A unified world champion in every division being a requirement
- stricter rules on endless holding
- automatic 4point deduction for anyone seen spitting out there mouth peice
- fighters that have writing on their backs of a casino or local company
- an official set of premier refs that ref all the major fights
- automatic point deductions for falling over/play acting or just being andre dirrell
I think that I go with the Hatton's rules, that sounds quite brilliant to me.
Re: what do you want to get rid from boxing first?
Pay Per View for every major fight! Do they not realise boxing would be more mainstream if more people could watch it! Pus if that happened, we might actually see better cards, instead all boxers want to hold out to headline their own events and make more money.
Corruption. Clearly the ringside judges can't be that incompetant without backhanders being put in their pockets.

Agreed. Boxing has fucked itself up with PPV. Only a small group of fans ever go through with this system.

Incompetent Referees like Cole and that idiot Cortez.
I wish Kenny Bayless referee's every single World title fight, he is the best there is.

Agreed.
Having 3 or 4 World Champions in each division is just stupid.

I voted for weeding out incompetent refs, but I had this same thought. Surely in this day and age of technological wonders, someone could figure out a way put those ads on the canvas in a way that doesn't become slippery when wet?!
Hell, it could be reduced immensely if they would just refrain from putting any ads in the fighters corners. It seems that's where shit happens so often, because of all the water they use on the fighters. Duh!
Great idea. Don't put ads on the corners (even if tv camera focuses on the corner more) and use "slip-free" paint.
