#1 I never said Lennox wasn't good it's simply the FACT he's older, he's been out of boxing for some time now and boxers seldom improve with age and 4+ year layoffsQuote:

I'm tempted to go with the crowd that says Lennox would clean up the HW division, except for the Klitschkos. But the sad fact is that Lennox has been away from boxing FAR too long, and has no business coming back (although who could blame him, when you hear of blokes like Holyfield and Botha still fighting).
But the fact that this would even be a topic of discussion speaks volumes about the sorry-ass state of the HW division nowadays. I have to laugh when the HW defenders start to dredge up the dreadful list of nobodies, have-beens, and never-will-be's in order to try to make the point that the HW division isn't that bad.
News flash: It's beyond bad. It absolute reeks.

Guess I get the same way when it comes to Lewis
He had lost his footspeed toward the end, but he moved very will in his prime. He's wasn't Ali, but he used his feet and upper body movement to both to avoid punches and create angles for himself. When he got tagged, it was because he overestimated his ability to avoid punches and dropped his hands. He got sloppy and arrogant.Quote:
