Well if his profession and earnings was from was stealing cars, selling drugs, beating people with bricks for the amusement of others, I would have to say no he can't earn a living doing that anymore. Besides he can earn a living fighting in Mexico where he belongs, he's not even a citizen of the United States so if he wants to fight that's fine with me, just do it in Mexico which is his homeland and where he has citizenship.

We'll Margarito,oh Margarito.Shit.I dont want to argue ifs and maybes and what might have beens.But the man done f'd up and deserved what he got.Save all of the revisionist history that neither you or I can prove or not prove.I think he at the very least should serve sentence and be held to the highest scrutiny....and he has his scarlet letter over entire existence.And frankly you can not argue with that....he made his bed let him lay in it.I WILL watch him come back and would watch a fight vs Manny.Unfortunatly I think Manny beats him up similiar to what Mosley did.

We see this similarly... Me being a big Margo fan prior to the Mosley fight but I disagree with him ever getting into a ring again. That's assault with a deadly weapon. Boxing is a dangerous sport. Part of the reason we all like it. But if a fencer brought a Scottish claymore to a sporting sword fight... I mean, c'mon... But we're basically on the level :)

Margarito lost his title when Mosley beat him. And now Mayweather is fighting Mosley for "his" title.
