Nice to see someone with the same opinion! I think a blank grey background would look much cleaner..

Love the new forum template Saddo! Was wondering with the new layout are you interested in having a new logo and banner? I was thinking about creating a thread that allowed forum members to attempt to design both; and hopefully a nice banner that could be used for the site. Obviously if none were suitable they would not need to be used, let me know if youa re ok with the idea before I create the thread (I'd like to have a bash at creating the logo and banner myself.).

Ok got it.Wow picked a bad day to stop after work drink ;DLooking solid Saddo,great work.Will take some getting use to.Have to scroll half way across this page to find 'message window' though?

thanks mate but i'm pretty fond of that logo i use... it seems to be well known now and i think it would be a mistake for me to change it mate...

i'm happy for you guys to create knew ones if you like but i doubt i'll be changing that one now ;)

Yeh chief.Sent you a PM.Hit reply and no Message window visable.Have to scroll half way across page from bottom bar and then it pops up.You know when someones attachs a long sig?Like that.

I think I like it, but I'm doing my usual thing of bumbling about confused. I dread to think what I'll be like when I'm senile.

Please forgive any errors as I click on every button to see what it does. Including that big red one with the sign "Don't Touch - It will switch off the world's internet".

strange i just logged in under IE and i'm struggling to reproduce it.... what screen size are you on mate ?

also scroll up and down the page to see what is stopping it closing.... like the ad's at the top or the chat bar at the bottom... let me know
