Martinez - Williams fight thread (Poll included)

Think Martinez is capable of fighting a smarter and more skillful fight. Williams is highly hittable and through his volume creates many openings for sharp hitter like Martinez. Martinez knows he can beat up a bigger harder hitting Pavlik...Williams knows he can be outboxed somewhat by a Cintron. Then again they both know they beat the snot outta each other already ??? Williams should go body-body-body on him from start.

Awww flip a coin. Ok I like Martinez to tko Williams late rounds on the ropes.

I'm going with Martinez by late TKO. 11th or 12th round. In what should be another good fight

after watching rigondeux fight...this (or any fight) seems like the fight of the century...(just sayin)

Jargal's legs are wobbly, even when tapped by a jab. If Erdei just chases him back this could be over whenever he wants.

he's been wobbly since about 2 seconds into the fight lol. just awkward to watch.

I thought Thompson looked alright against his punchbag too. He was too flabby around the waist, but got the job done.

I want to see him step it up again and soon.

You know...Manny is not spectacular in skill,he's not blazing fluid or constant smooth on feet. Fast yes,sharp yes but I think what makes him special is he wants to fight. He thrives on giving back and doing twice as much...its refreshing and rare. Must be respected.
