im bored of watching heavyweight title fights that are total one sided dominated by the jab
if he retires in october having beaten both klits then there might be a few decenmt fights that follow in the race to pick up the belts

...Or the Klits could just pick up the belts by dominating the same average bunch of fighters and we'd be right back where we are now. If Haye was going to fight on I'd buy this whole "It'll be good if he wins" talk. But if he were to win, unify and then retire, it would just throw the division into a bit of a mess and the most likely scenario would be Vitali retiring and Wlad picking up all the belts again. Really I don't think either fighter winning would be "better" for boxing than if the other were to win, I just want to see an entertaining fight with a clear, undisputed winner at the end. No, controversy, just at the end of the fight we have a winner that everyone can be sure was the better fighter.

maybe it would just revert back to wlad jabbing his way to the top again
it could also tho inspire some ambition in fighters
you are right tho you could argue all day whether or not one winning would be better for boxing or not, and like you im not arsed about that, i just wanna see a good fight that i will remember
