Personally I thought that Wales looked very error strewn, and should have had it wrapped up much earlier. Too many dropped passes and ball lost in the tackle, and there has to be an alternative to Andy Powell.

Have you seen the video online where the bouncer gives his moralising lecture, that is one weird, creepy dude.
He's like something out of a Saw film or a Westboro baptist church. He's got people locked away in a dungeon somewhere I'm sure of it.
I feel a bit sorry forTindall. I mean he's married to royalty and she currently has a great body. Nice strong legs. But she does have that horsey royal face that will only get worse with age.
He'll end up with a Camillalike eventually so can't blame him making the most of his fame now. It's basically just storing up good memories to use later. He's being industrious that's all.
Well, we put the mighty Namibia to the sword, without looking great at all ........ not we need to cheer on the Boks against Samoa.
Old news now but it was funny, the moment Scotland scored that drop goal a said out loud ''i'd love it if the Argies scored a try right from the off''... ;D not often a wish like that comes true so soon!
Too big, too fit, too powerful, too ruthless ........ I never thought that I would be using those words about a Welsh rugby side. Absolutely fantastic performance against a dangerous Fiji side - we've come through the Group of Death with flying colours. Bring on the quarter finals
What a game. Although this thread is soon to become part of soverign Welsh territory after me and X have taken possession, there's still time to praise another epic performance.
Superb play from a side that is growing as the tournament goes on, and Jamie Roberts looks an absolute beast. My bugbear about spilling the ball is still relevant, but we overcame, defended with massive passion and desire to hold the line, and converted tries when they were there.
When the third try went over, I confess I probably had my sex face on as I was screaming 'YESSSSS'.
Fair play lads, you have a special team on your hands here!
You can see the confidence oozing through the players and it is growing with every match. Thought Roberts and Phillips looked particularly awesome among a generally awesome team performance. If you play against France with the same intensity that you did against Ireland, you'll definitely turn them fragile minded fairies over. ;D
As for Ireland, a totally toothless and one-dimensional performance. They looked clueless as to how to adapt their game to deal with the Welsh blitz defence. Probably nearing the end of the career of O' Driscoll now, maybe one more season tops. He looked like he was really struggling with the pace out there! Sad to see him leave on such a low note (through no fault of his own).
Wales vs. New Zealand final anyone? Mouth watering!
Hope you Taffs go all the way now, good luck!
Absolutely awesome performance against a grizzled and very good Ireland team. I really thought that the Irish would be a bit too strong, a bit too ferocious, for a young young Wales team ....... but the truth is that we easily held fim in defence and whenevr our backs had the ball we looked dangerous. A surprisingly easy win, unbelievably.
Rugy is more than a game to Welsh people - out team are representing our tiny country overseas, punching well above it's weight, behaving professionally and courteously in NZ and winning fans by playing rugby the Welsh way, the way the game should be played.
I can't say I was sorry to see Ebngland go home, they have played stidgy rugby, using a tired old tactic of big boring forwards and a good kicker. Thats not entertaining, and they have also let their manager and their country down by behaving like idiots in their own time.
Anyway, Wales go onward into a winnable game aginst France (though we traditionally fuck it all up when we are the favourites), then we either play an Australian team as young as we are, ot an All Blacks squad who look quite ordinary without the peerless dan carter pulling the strings.
Australia vs. South Africa was intense!
Australia won for one reason and one reason only... DAVID POCOCK! I'm sorry, but he is the best openside flanker in the world at the moment, McCaw has had his day.
The lad is built like a brick shithouse! I can't remember ever seeing such a complete performance from a 7 in my life, amazing the amount of times he ripped the ball away from the South Africans as they neared the Wallaby line.
I'm seriously glad he was injured for the Ireland match. ;D
Cracking matches coming up in the semi-finals now.
The nerves have been building all week, interspersed only with the occasional dream of being an extremely late call up due to the best 1,500 tight head props in Wales all getting injuries at the same time, the Semi Final is finally here tomorrow morning. Indeed, 13 hours and 20 minutes from when I am typing this now.
As I wrap my red dragon themed duvet around me, dash to the loo for a quick leek before it starts, and enjoy the feel of woollen slippers on my feet, I'll be confident that the fiery blast of the Welsh dragon, aimed directly at the fly half/inside centre channel in the form of three or four big rollocking backs and back rowers will demolish the French resistance. Parra may as well be a parra-plegic for all the good his defensive skills will do, and Van San Clerc should be back in the office rather than at full back. With a glass of brains in hand, and a slice of bread of heaven toast in the other, a glorious morning awaits.
I'm so angry my hands are shaking. What was Alain Rolland thinking to give a red card at 20 minutes oif the workld cup semi final for waht was debatably even a yellow card offence. We have been cheated of the world cup.
To get to 8-9 with 14 men for an hour, we would have slaughtered the French with Warburton on the pitch.
Forget all this shit about brave performances and gallant losers. We were cheated, simple as that.
The anger after Wayne Barnes' performance short changed us against South Africa has now paled into insignificance. What with all this talk of betting irregularities in cricket etc, I wonder what the odds on a red card were?
It was an excellent effort, and we still could have won, but we would have destroyed them without that shocker of a decision from Rolland.
